Interior Expansion Joint Repair – Phase 2 (P48)
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the "Authority") will receive sealed general bids for the BOSTON CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER Interior Expansion Joint Repair – Phase 2 (P48) at the Administrative Offices of the Authority at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, until 12:00 p.m. local time on March 5th, 2025 immediately after which, in a designated room, the general bids will be opened and read publicly.
This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide repairs for interior expansion joint repairs at 8 locations, all as more fully set forth in the Drawings and Notes.
A pre‑bid conference will be held at 10:00am on February 19th, 2025, starting at the North Plaza in front of the BCEC located at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walk-through of the site.
Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to bflynn@massconvention.com in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 26th, 2025.
Each general bid on this contract must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the work required. In order to be eligible to bid on this contract, a general bidder must be certified for the estimated project cost of $500,000 and for the following category of work:
Prime Contractors – Expansion Joints (General Contractors)
Each general bid must also be accompanied by a Contractor Qualification Update Statement. The Authority will furnish copies of the Contractor Qualification Update Statement form to any bidder on request. Any general bid submitted without the appropriate Certificate of Eligibility and Contractor Qualification Update Statement shall be invalid.

Boston Common Garage - VFD/Buckets T03
| The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the “Authority”) requests invitations for bid
for purchase and install of Schneider Electric Model 6 Series Low Voltage MCC Buckets for the
Boston Common Garage.
Bids must be received at the Executive Office of the Authority, Attn: Brendan Flynn, Director of
Purchasing, 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, not later than 12:00 p.m. local
time on March 5th, 2025. Bid requirements and content are set forth in the Invitation for Bid,
and in conjunction with MGL Ch. 30B regulations.
Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents

| The MCCA will receive sealed general bids for the BCEC Building Automation System (BAS) Service and Maintenance Contract. The contract includes complete inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, incidental servicing, emergency service, installation of software updates and all ancillary equipment currently installed at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

S41-BCEC CP Trailers
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the "Authority") will receive sealed general bids for the BOSTON CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER S41-BCEC Capital Project Trailers at the Administrative Offices of the Authority at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, until 12:00 p.m. local time on February 21, 2025 immediately after which, in a designated room, the general bids will be opened and read publicly.
Sealed filed sub-bids for the same project for the sub-trades listed below will be received at the same office until 12:00 p.m. local time on February 14, 2025, immediately after which, in a designated room, the filed sub-bids will be opened and read publicly.
The project entails the renovation and refresh of existing office space for the Authority. The existing space is located at the MCCA Capital Projects office trailers. The project consists of new finishes for approximately 8,000 SF, reconfiguration and addition of office partitions, an enlarged office kitchenette and dining area, and a new family restroom.
A pre-bid conference will be held on January 03, 2025, starting at the trailer at 348 D Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walk-through of the site.
