We are dedicated to working with you to provide our facilities with the best-valued goods and services through a competitive procurement process
The MCCA's purchasing process initially is decentralized. Individual departments determine their business needs and procure goods and services using sound business practices, obtaining quotations or purchasing via the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Statewide Contracts. As business needs increase in size or complexity, goods and services and capital projects are publicly bid to ensure a fair and competitive process.
The Authority is committed to and encourages the participation of Minority Owned and Women Owned Businesses. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Supplier Diversity Office certifies minority and women businesses. The directory of certified businesses can be located at the following website: www.sdo.osd.state.ma.us
Please note that it is the responsibility of every party obtaining bid documents via this website to check this website for any addenda or modifications.
Vendors will need to register to download bid documents. Please contact rfp@massconvention.com if you are unable to download a document.
