| The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the “Authority”) requests invitations for bid for Schneider Electric Model 6 Series Low Voltage MCC Buckets for the Boston Common Garage.
Bids must be received at the Executive Office of the Authority, Attn: Brendan Flynn, Director of Purchasing, 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, not later than 12:00 p.m. local time on November 6th, 2024. Bid requirements and content are set forth in the Invitation for Bid, and in conjunction with MGL Ch. 30B regulations.

R33/R35 Hynes AHUs and Switchgears Upgrades Project (R33 Switchgears)
| The
Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the “Authority”) is soliciting
Trade Contractor Services for the Hynes AHUs and Switchgears Upgrades, a
9-phased approach will be to replace
internal parts of the AHUs and the current control systems, as well as
completely replace the switchboards, with an
estimated cost of $35,000,000 located at 900 Boylston Street. Boston,
MA. Switchgears
Project Trade estimate $6,441,000. In accordance with Massachusetts
General Laws, Chapter 149A, sections 1 thru 13, the Authority is seeking a
highly qualified and competent Trade Contractors to provide services to
implement the construction, between the Summer of 2024 through Spring of 2029.
Trade
Contractors interested in providing trade services for the project are invited
to submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) to the Authority. The Authority will receive SOQs
electronically ONLY, through BidDocs ONLINE, until 2:00 PM local time on
October 9, 2024. Go to

estimated at $6,441,000]. Only those
respondents deemed qualified will be invited to submit a proposal in response
to a detailed Request for Bid (“RFB”) which will be issued in the second phase
of the procurement process.

Hynes Deferred Maintenance and Code Upgrades Project
| The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the “Authority”) is soliciting Construction Management at Risk Services for the Hynes Convention Center Deferred Maintenance and Code Upgrades (the “Project”), a phased approach to address deferred maintenance, architectural and building systems at the end of their service life, and accessibility items, with an estimated cost of $52,000,000, located at 900 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, in conjunction with the designer STV Inc., and the OPM Arcadis US. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149A, sections 1 thru 13, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent Construction Manager to provide both preconstruction services and to implement the phased construction, between the late-Fall of 2024 through Winter of 2029.
The Authority will use the CM at Risk, M.G.L. c. 149A process and firms interested in providing public construction manager at risk services (“CM” or “CM at Risk”) for the Project are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) to the Authority. The Authority will receive SOQs at the Administrative Offices of the Authority at 415 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210, until 12:00 PM (Noon) local time on August 15, 2024,

Firms interested in being prequalified must demonstrate that they have prior experience as a CM on at least three CM at Risk projects and have completed at least one project of a similar cost, complexity, type, and size in an occupied and operational building, as this project identified above. The prior CM at Risk projects must have been completed within the last ten (10) years.
